Our product is designed for hard-to-place risks, including applicants with prior losses and/or multiple accidents, multiple violations or drug and/or alcohol-related convictions.

  • Households with:
    • Open claims or any claim over $50,000
    • Up to 10 moving violations in the last three years*
    • Up to five at-fault accidents in the last three years*
    • One drug or alcohol-related offense in the last five years*
    • One major violation in the last three years*

Please note we cannot offer coverage to the following:

  • Risks in the name of a corporation
  • Underlying coverage written on a commercial form (exception is business auto)
  • More than one major violation in the household
  • Operator over age 22 with a DUI in same household as a youthful operator
  • Primary residence located in AK, LA or WV

  • Dollar one coverage for non-owned recreational vehicles and watercraft under 26 feet and under 301 horsepower
  • Dollar one coverage for non-owned automobiles outside the U.S.
  • Definition of bodily injury is expanded to include mental injury, anguish, humiliation and shock
  • No self-insured retention
  • Defense outside the limit
  • Pre- and post-judgment interest coverage
  • Admitted and eligible for Direct Bill in most states
  • Multiple additional insureds can be added at no additional premium
  • Ability to quote and bind on the web
  • Personal injury included if included on primary; buyback option available if excluded on primary
  • Unlimited number of automobiles, recreational vehicles and boats not exceeding 75 feet and 50 mph

    • $300,000 personal liability or homeowners
    • $1 million/$1 million/$100,000 or $1 million combined single limit for automobiles for admitted business in most states
    • $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit for automobiles for non-admitted business in most states and most risks
    • $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit for watercrafts
    • $250,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $300,000 combined single limit for recreational vehicles

The 18-year-old daughter of the insured was driving the insured’s new car on a trip to the beach with her boyfriend. After hydroplaning on a wet road, the car and struck a telephone pole. The boyfriend was hospitalized for over a month with multiple fractures and internal injuries. He recovered over five years later as a result of the injuries. The insured’s personal umbrella policy limit was paid.
