- Up to 10 moving violations in the last three years*

- One drug or alcohol-related offense in the last five years*
- One major violation in the last three years*

Please note we cannot offer coverage to the following:
- Risks in the name of a corporation
- Underlying coverage written on a commercial form (exception is business auto)
- More than one major violation in the household
- Operator over age 22 with a DUI in same household as a youthful operator
- Primary residence located in AK, LA or WV

- Dollar one coverage for non-owned recreational vehicles and watercraft under 26 feet and under 301 horsepower
- Dollar one coverage for non-owned automobiles outside the U.S.
- Definition of bodily injury is expanded to include mental injury, anguish, humiliation and shock

- Defense outside the limit
- Pre- and post-judgment interest coverage
- Admitted and eligible for Direct Bill in most states

- $500,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit for watercrafts
- $250,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $300,000 combined single limit for recreational vehicles
Claim Example for Personal Umbrella High-Risk Drivers
The 18-year-old daughter of the insured was driving the insured’s new car on a trip to the beach with her boyfriend. After hydroplaning on a wet road, the car and struck a telephone pole. The boyfriend was hospitalized for over a month with multiple fractures and internal injuries. He recovered over five years later as a result of the injuries. The insured’s personal umbrella policy limit was paid.
